These terms apply when you buy or use 100+ Healthy Food Recipes for 6–8 Month Babies, its bonuses and the optional 30-Day Baby Meal Planner (together, "the Product"), sold by MK Agency ("we", "us") at www.mkagency.in. By placing an order you agree to them.
The Product is a set of digital PDF files: the ebook in English and Hindi, four bonus files (shopping checklist, food introduction tracker, weekly meal planner and printable recipe cards) and, if you choose it at checkout, the 30-Day Baby Meal Planner. Nothing physical is shipped.
Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) on the sales and checkout pages and are the amount you pay at checkout. Payment is taken online through our payment provider. Your order is confirmed when the payment succeeds.
We deliver the files by email to the address you enter at checkout. See our Delivery Policy.
Because the Product is delivered digitally, orders cannot be cancelled after delivery. You can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You may use the Product for your own family. You may print pages for your own use. You may not resell, share, post publicly, copy to other sellers, or give away the files, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
The Product is general educational information about homemade baby food. It is not medical, nutritional or dietary advice and is not a plan for your individual baby. Every baby is different. We take care to make the Product accurate, but we cannot promise any particular result for your baby. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
The text, design and layout of the Product belong to MK Agency. These terms do not give you ownership of them.
