Delivery Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

Everything we sell is a digital product. We do not ship anything physical, so there are no shipping charges, courier delays or delivery addresses.

How you get your files

• After your payment succeeds, we email your files to the email address you entered at checkout.
• The main purchase arrives as one zip file. It contains the English ebook, the Hindi ebook and the four bonus PDFs.
• If you added the 30-Day Baby Meal Planner at checkout, it arrives as its own PDF.

When to expect it

Delivery is automatic and usually takes a few minutes after payment. In rare cases it can take longer if the payment provider or your email service is slow.

If you did not receive it

• Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
• Check that you are looking at the email address you used at checkout.
• Wait 15 minutes, then email us at hello@mkagency.in with your name and the email address you used to buy. We will resend your files or fix the problem.

Opening the files

The files are PDFs inside a zip. Open the zip on your phone or computer, then open each PDF in any PDF reader. If a payment was deducted but you received no confirmation, write to us and we will check your order.
